2. WE COLLECT THE FOLLOWING DATA:

a.) Website

Using our website, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:
• IP address of the requesting computer,
• date and time of the server request,
• website from which the access takes place (referrer URL),
• the browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider.
The aforementioned information is only statistically evaluated and used to improve the functionality of our website and the attractiveness of our offer. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest results from the warranty of a well-functioning connection set-up, the enabling of a comfortable and effective use of our website and for reasons of system security. Under no circumstances will we use the data collected for the purpose of drawing conclusions about your person.
We provide users of our website with the option to contact us via e-mail. It is your sole decision whether and which information you like to provide to us. However, we would like to point out that the electronical transfer of data might be insecure.

c.) Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, which is provided for the European Economic Area and Switzerland by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, 4 Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to ensure that our website is designed to meet your needs and is continuously optimized, as well as to record the use of our website statistically and evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer for you. The legal bases for this are Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. f) GDPR (“legitimate interests”) and Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. a) GDPR (“Your consent”).
Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is usually transferred to a Google server and stored there. However, personal data may also be transmitted by Google to the servers of Google LLC in the USA, over which we have no influence. We have activated the IP anonymization offered by Google on the website, which means that your IP address is generally shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states which are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address will be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. d.) MyFonts Counter

For the design of our website, we use fonts provided by the company Monotype Imaging Holdings Inc., 600 Unicorn Park Drive, Woburn, Massachusetts 01801, USA (“MyFonts”), among others. The legal bases for this are Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. f) GDPR (“legitimate interests”) and Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. a) GDPR (“Your consent”).
For the purpose of licensing and invoicing our fonts used on this website, a counting URL is called up on the MyFonts server with each page view. With this MyFonts collects your IP address. No data or scripts are loaded or carried out by the MyFonts server.
For the transfer of data from the European Union to third countries (such as the USA), MyFonts relies on the “EU-US Data Privacy Framework”, which came into force with the EU Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (Art. 45 (1) GDPR) and under which MyFonts is certified. Nevertheless, it cannot be ruled out that US authorities may gain access to the transmitted data without those affected being able to appeal effectively against this. Therefore, your consent is required for the legality of data processing and transmission in the context of the use of MyFonts in accordance with Art. 49 (1) s. 1 lit. a) GDPR.

e.) Hosting

We use hosting services provided by the webhoster ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner: René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf.
The following data is collected and processed:
• the IP address of the requesting device (the last two digits abbreviated e.g. 127.0.x.x),
• date and time of the click on our websites,
• information about the time difference between the requesting host and the web server,
• content for the request or indication of the retrieved file, which was transmitted to the user,
• the access status (successful transmission, error, etc.),
• the amount of data transmitted in each case in bytes,
• the website from which the user has accessed the site,
• the browser used by the user, the operating system, the interface, the language of the browser and the version of the browser software.
The data is stored locally on Websace and automatically deleted after 90 days.
The hosting services are used to provide the following services: Infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, e-mail dispatch, security services and technical maintenance services that we use for the purpose of operating our website.
The processing of the data is based on our legitimate interests in the efficient and secure provision of our website in accordance with Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. f) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 28 (3) s. 1 GDPR (data processing agreement).

f.) Social-Media-Channels

We maintain online presences within social networks and platforms in order to communicate with you and inform you about our services. On our website you will find links to our social media channels, identified by the respective logo of the service provider. By clicking on the logo you will be directed to the corresponding social media channel. The business conditions and data processing guidelines of the respective operators apply. We have no influence on the data processing by the respective service providers.
If you use the option to mark posts from us in our social media channels (e.g. by using the like-button) and/or to leave comments, these comments and marks are publicly accessible and your name and profile picture are associated with the mark and/or comment. You can remove your comments and marks at any time to the extent enabled by the provider of the social media platform. If you provide us with information via the social-media-channels we collect and process the data you voluntarily provide us with.
The processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest in comprehensive information and communication with you in accordance with Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. f) GDPR. If you are asked by the respective providers of the platforms for your consent to data processing, the legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. a) GDPR.

g.) Integration of the Vimeo video player

Videos are integrated and accessible on our website via the Vimeo video player. The provider is Vimeo.com, Inc, 330 West 34th Street, New York, NY 10001, USA (“Vimeo”).

Processing of personal data by Vimeo

When you visit one of our pages on which the Vimeo video player is integrated, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established. The following data is collected and processed:
• your IP address,
• technical information about your browser and operating system,
• the page accessed,
• possibly other data that Vimeo uses for analysis and tracking purposes.
If you are logged in to Vimeo when you visit our website, this data can be linked to your Vimeo profile. You can prevent this by logging out of Vimeo before visiting our website.

3. HOW DO WE USE YOUR DATA?

The information you have provided voluntarily via our website (by e-mail) or via social media channels will only be used to process your request. If no contractual relationship is established between you and us, the information provided by you will be deleted as soon as your inquiry is completed. If we enter into a contractual relationship we will keep and process your data during the term of contract and store such data thereafter for the applicable legal retention periods. Thereafter, we will delete your data. We collect and process your data on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. a) GDPR (“Your Consent”), if your inquiry relates to a contractual relationship on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. b) GDPR (“necessary for the performance of a contract”) and on the legal basis of Art. 6 (1) s. 1 lit. f) GDPR (“legitimate interest”).
If not otherwise stipulated hereunder, we do not provide third parties with your data, in particular not for promotional or marketing purposes. We only provide third parties with your data if you have expressly given your consent or if a statutory permission is given.
